1. Do you ship across the UK?
Yes — we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Every order comes with free shipping, and we deliver to both residential and business addresses nationwide. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout to help avoid any delays.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes a further 4–9 business days, giving a total of around 6–12 business days. These are estimates and can vary depending on your location and the carrier.
3. Is shipping really free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend — and no hidden delivery charges added at checkout.
4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Absolutely. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
5. How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and approved your return, your refund is processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time to show the funds.
6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Send us your order number along with clear photos of the damage, and we'll review it and offer a suitable solution in line with UK consumer-protection law.
7. Are your products covered by a guarantee?
Yes. All our products are covered by the statutory guarantee provided under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 — meaning goods should be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. This covers faults present at the time of delivery, but not damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
8. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Depending on availability at checkout, we also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and UnionPay.
9. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are handled by trusted third-party providers over encrypted connections. LAVAYDO never stores your full card details on its own servers.
